we are so excited as we are 1 of the 100 to have preview on exabytes new web site. listed down below are few suggestion and command for improving the web site.

A – Improvement from current new design
A1 – contact us
This section should be appearing in front page although you have a link under ‘about us’. impressive about you have seperated contact for each department. yet, not sure about online-live-chat help, is this feature included? we found live chatting is a good way to provide your client instance solution, it’ll helps clients to understand the question further, instate of waiting for reply and reply and wait. for previous experience on using live-chat help on exabytes, the operator always ask us to write email to you directly, yet, that really performed what a live-chat help should have. suggested that, you have live-chat for each department, provide real time solution. or the operator should able to help to submit support ticket once they have been told what the need is, but not asking your client to repeat the same question on the email. anyhow, we are impressive about attitude of who is replying and take care about our ticket, although we should have to wait. besides that, we called to your office for some serious billing enquiry, yet, we can’t get though the call 4 of 5 calls, is that you have only one operator? this is a serious issue which should be solved. as your official is located in penang, we as client in kuala lumpur, calling expenses isnt small, suggested that you have special tol number on local rate. anyhow, we are very impressive about how the account department handled our issue when we called last time. good job!

(interesting, yet not professional enough, if it do, truely can help to provide solution, yet cut down man-power, serving more people at once, more human like experience.)

A2 – User Interface Design (UI)
if compare to the previous web interface design, previous version score 90/100 on every interface presented to us, included newsletter. your graphic design department really helps to upgrade exabytes into another level of good serving. yet, in graphic aspect, current new web interface didn’t keep the quality, major on the layout arrangement dropped, it didnt remain the excellent of previous web but being dragged down 2 level, no surprise no energy. in design research term, the style isn’t clear and unique(beside the images from previous web). suggest that, go for clean and clear style + ajax non-flash navigator design, this can help to focus what are new(the nice design promotional theme) yet the navigation got minus surprise, but not the static look as current new design (this doesnt mean you should have a lot flash/gif animation which will improve the experience.) i found you applied ajax at tooltip(alt) and tab, which is nice, but more can be applied on main page.

apple.com been awarded as best ‘clean and clear’ category in web design. and current most navigation design used ajax technique( (the way pop up shown, the way button act when it’s active) which is excellent, that is what modern people need. excellent service must have excellent web design, but not old fashion.

A3 – client log-in panel

the panel isn’t obvious located on index. not sure where to log-in. clients are who already know what you have on web site, so please provide a quick log-in panel on index, but not log-in after few other clicks.

A4 – navigation for the index
previous web site have tabs for business, personal/soho, student and reseller, each on the tab as a title, the theme will be appear once we mouse over, this method is nice, as the measurement is big, that will be even nice it shown as slide, fade in fade out as transition. compare the new web, only one is focused, 3 others are small and lost impact listed a row below, to make the page interesting, the big one on top should come with minus animation, or what used in previous web is recommended as well.

this is another level for exabytes to achieve, animated promotion theme.

A5 – the Express bar

obviously, if you’d like to stick on current new layout design, blue gradient will be more suitable instate of red. yet, you have better way to present ‘we offered different solution for different people. first, you need person representative, and you a situation. with people images, represent whether he is a student or a business man, using video to present his need and come with solution. this is how oversea doing informative web site currently, got 6-9 months history. video as contents. you have the concept, but the way to present it isnt good enough.

case study:
previously, adobe creative suite announcing cs3 packages for different user groups, graphic, web, multimedia and video etc, their previous web use different characters on video, as to deliver the message. using video on the web site can prove how stable your download speed is, a good way to prove as well.

B – Interaction that suggest to be remained/added
B1 – prizes campaign

great strategy. and good prize as well. really made us happy. suggest to have exabytes logo on some souvenir, like bag, tee, cup… can give away as gift as we like your logo very much. yet, cash and value prized also attractive too. hehe.

B2 – official blog
great idea. i hv added the blog on my google reader.

suggest that you can add the latest topic on exabytes main page, together with forum latest topic. try not to only posting exabytes related topic, some other IT news as a new category, would be interesting as well. dont hide the link under ‘about us’, should spread it, at least a latest topic on main page, as this is what other service provider dont, a good team-work spirit.

C- Conclusion
we’ve tried different hosting service companies in malaysia, in term of servicing, speed, support, exabytes.com.my is the best experience. so we are trying our best to transfer hosting we have in other company to exabytes. expected you have a better web site to serve your clients better, not only in malaysia, you have good potential to expend business internationally. we are proud to be one of your clients!

非常值得推荐的一部戏。目前，同志议题的电影在亚洲逐渐受到关注，无形中也形成一种潮流。也许是因为涉及敏感的话题，所以有部分的同志电影都是独立制片或是以短片形式呈现的。『彩虹下的幸福』记述了一段较不被揭露的同志爱情故事。电影中表现了人与人各层次的关系，俊美少年与年老癌症『妈妈桑』的相恋；严恨丢弃自己与妈妈的女儿与有变装癖的父亲的感情交战。。。难道同志的生命就注定被人歧视？到老了都不敢与家人坦诚的那种心境也是难免吗？

戏中的老人们都是措置灵魂的躯体，只恨上天给了自己男儿身，在『养老院』内才能无掩饰的生活着。我想，当一个人存在于这个世界的空间内，他就应该不被束缚的活着；而与他们相异者就以欣赏的眼光一同共处着吧。

故事大纲:

眼前那個年輕俊美的男子 就是父親的戀人
沙織（柴崎幸 飾）的父親離家多年，丟下她一人獨自生活，某日一名神秘男子突然出現，告知她父親將不久於人世，希望她能夠到養老院兼差當看護，陪父親走完最後的日子。而沙織眼前的這位美男子，其實正是父親多年的愛人—春彥（小田切讓 飾）。
原本對生命以不懷抱希望，鎮日虛度人生的春彥（小田切讓 飾），在同志酒吧認識老闆卑彌呼，為他的人生帶來一片曙光，兩人由忘年之交發展成熱戀情侶，然而絕症的噩耗卻悄悄來臨……

為了解決身上背負的債務，沙織不得不答應春彥的要求，帶著複雜又不甘心的心情開始了看護的生活。這間由沙織父親開設的「卑彌呼之家」，收容了一群年少風流，年老卻孤單無依的天涯孽子，他們是父親當年開設同志酒吧所認識的「好姐妹」。

沙織與這一群瘋癲又可愛的老人們，從互相看不順眼到相互依賴，甚至一起抵抗外界異樣的眼光。就在沙織逐漸釋懷父親的過往，開始正視以往從未發現父親 的另一面之際，春彥則因為面對愛人即將死去，養老院缺乏資金，幾經內心衝突的他幾乎瀕臨崩潰。就在一次卑彌呼吐血送醫急救的陽光午後，兩人竟發現自己心中 微妙的改變，愛慾情愫是否真能跨越未知的自我，就在春彥解開沙織胸前第二顆扣子的那一刻，一切有了解答……

记录的动机其实是因为一首重复播放的歌曲，“今晚，我是你的DJ，如果你想听什么歌，请你告诉我，请你告诉我。。。”一直在我脑海盘旋。姐在外坡读书，周末回家，借了车，要回吉隆坡搬一些东西回来，随便也把我载上了。这趟路途，没有人知道。

九点开车，小时候到吉隆坡的机会不多，难免有些向往。印象中，大型的电子招牌到处都是，我们的车就像是在其间穿越。实际的目的的我也忘了，就知道我们在花园区的油站添了油，绕过几条路就到家里了。

一切整理妥当后，就深夜开车回麻坡了。我不多话，姐也是。发呆的看着窗外路灯不停的闪过，要不就算着一颗一颗的路灯，再不然就朝着前面的车牌发呆，做一些无聊的联想。。。一路，就这首歌，伴着我们。

虽然行动不便，但我还记得在泳池里窜游的痛快与幻想如果自己是只鱼的乐趣。9岁吧，那年，我就是那个吵着妈妈要去游泳池的小孩。藉着游泳圈，让我能体会来去自如的乐趣，也许是陆地上对我的限制太多了；到了水里，反倒自由多了。

与妈妈有个游戏，就是我在前面作势划水的动作，她在后面手动着让我的双脚拍打水而前进。对于母亲，这是帮助我运动的方法，而对于我，这让我乐了，因为我就像平常人一样的游水。

记得那是一个上课的夜里，他回来迟了。请他为我把轮椅的刹车器栓紧，因为已不好使。他看了看刹车器，手里拿着工具，对我说“轮椅是你的脚，要好好保养啊。”然后，他总是带着睡意，开始为我修着轮椅。
